Our selection process aims at evaluating the mutual interest to work together and build-up a long term and solid professional future. The process is made of three steps: assessment and evaluation of the CVs, first in-depth interview in English language, aimed at deepening attitudes and motivational aspects of the candidates; the second and, possibly, the third individual interviews will be held with managers and business partners.
